Senior Product Manager — Movix Meta-Showcase (B2C)

Movix is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the meta-showcase (search, recommendations, showcases) across TV, online cinemas and services. Location: Perm / Moscow / St. Petersburg, office. Salary negotiable.

Movix is not just a showcase but an ecosystem uniting TV, online cinemas and services in a single interface. How easily and pleasantly a user finds "their" movie largely depends on one person — the product manager behind search, recommendations and showcases. You will stand at the intersection of product, analytics and UX, managing how the user interacts with content from the first click to deep engagement: • Analyze user behavior: entries, search, clicks, routes, viewing depth and return rate. • Monitor key metrics — retention, engagement, conversion to view and subscription, churn, LTV. • Find barriers in the user journey and turn them into product hypotheses. • Launch A/B tests and evaluate the effect of changes in showcases, search and recommendations. • Set tasks for analysts, design, development, content and CRM — and drive decisions to results. • Prepare conclusions and recommendations that actually influence the product.

• 3+ years of experience in a professional field and from 1 year in a managerial position. • Confident command of product metrics for digital services and ability to turn data into hypotheses (cohort analysis, segmentation, A/B tests). • Understanding of how the customer journey works in digital products — and what prevents a user from staying. • Confident work in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides. • Familiarity with BI systems and product analytics tools. Nice to have: • SQL, experience with A/B testing systems, Amplitude/Firebase/AppMetrica/GA/Yandex.Metrica. • Background in OTT, video services, subscription products, e-commerce or marketplaces — especially experience with search and recommendation systems.
