Senior Product Manager (Global)

Senior Product Manager at AvantStay, a short-term rental platform. Remote, full-time, $3,500–$7,000/month. Lead guest experience from booking to repeat visits.

AvantStay develops a short-term rental service for group trips. We are looking for a Senior PM who researches user problems, designs UX, builds prototypes with AI, validates solutions, and works with Engineering and Design to launch. Responsibilities include: researching guest needs and behavior, designing and prototyping solutions, quickly testing hypotheses, improving user journey and product metrics, and working with developers and designers on launches and improvements.

5+ years of experience building consumer products for web or mobile. Launches with measurable impact on conversion, engagement, retention, or customer experience. Strong design sense and ability to independently create scenarios and prototypes. Practical experience applying AI, understanding APIs, data, and technical constraints. Independence and clear written communication. Particularly interested in seeing a product, prototype, or experiment you personally created with AI in the last 12 months: your contribution, decisions, and results.

Remote work in an international team. Significant autonomy and responsibility for results. Opportunity to lead tasks from research to launch and measuring impact. Salary: $3,500–$7,000 USD per month (gross). Working hours: Eastern Time (ET).
