We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the MTS Design System team. You will influence the look and functionality of dozens of products within the ecosystem. We develop the design system as a full-fledged engineering product with libraries, tokens, and close integration with code. We are looking for a designer who thinks systemically and understands interface architecture. Responsibilities: - Develop component libraries and design tokens - Implement AI tools (Figma MCP, agents, process automation) - Conduct R&D and explore new approaches to design systems - Write documentation and collaborate closely with development

Experience in product design for over 4 years Experience with design systems for over 2 years Systemic thinking and ability to work with complex interfaces Strong communication skills
