Senior Product Designer at Magnit. Responsibilities include improving user scenarios, developing gamification solutions, and creating interactive prototypes. Remote/hybrid in Moscow.

Improve current user scenarios and develop new gamification solutions. Experiment with various concepts and present them to the business team. Gather and analyze business requirements from product managers. Design and optimize user scenarios based on analytics data and business goals, and develop interactive prototypes. Conduct research independently or with UX researchers, monitor the quality of design solutions, and bring them to release.

Ability to take responsibility for the entire process: from research, hypotheses, concepts, and testing to implementation and quality control. Ability to work with unformalized tasks and propose scalable solutions. Experience in independently verifying and testing design solutions and the ability to clearly and confidently defend your decisions in dialogue with business and colleagues. Knowledge of design fundamentals: working with typography, visual hierarchy, color, and design patterns. Ability to work within existing guidelines and create solutions that harmoniously fit into the overall product style, as well as experience working with metrics and analytical tools to evaluate design effectiveness.
