Job Details

We are looking for a strong senior product designer to join the Ozon Tech team to design internal tools. Experience in UX, working with complex systems, and influencing product development is required.

We design internal tools for developers and SRE. We work with systems related to monitoring, stability, and logging. There is a lot of uncertainty and few ready-made references. The focus is on logic, structure, and real value, not just visuals.

Experienced senior-level product designer. Strong UX thinking (research, scenarios, working with uncertainty). Experience with complex systems or the ability to quickly immerse oneself in them. Ability to influence product development.
