Senior PR Manager (Remote, outside RF/RB)

IT company seeks a Senior PR Manager for remote work outside RF/RB. Responsibilities: develop PR strategy, media relations, newsjacking, pitch expert columns, grow SOV, manage PR budget, analytics. Senior level, 4+ years PR experience, English B2+, Russian. No salary specified.

Develop and implement brand PR strategy: positioning, key messages, communication priorities and media plans. Build from scratch and develop a pool of contacts in Russian-speaking and foreign media. Monitor news agenda (newsjacking), find fresh story angles and turn product updates into viral news. Write and pitch expert columns, analytics, comments and press releases. Prepare prompt comments within hours for current events. Grow Share of Voice (SOV) and company citation. Independently plan, defend and allocate PR budget. Maintain transparent analytics and reporting showing direct link between PR and business metrics.

Experience in PR, media relations or editorial special projects from 4 years. Fluent English (B2+) and impeccable Russian. Proven track record: examples of initiated publications with digitized business impact. Deep understanding of editorial logic: why pitches work and how to bypass spam filters. Ability to quickly understand complex IT products and explain technological essence in simple language. High autonomy: readiness to lead processes, not wait for tasks from above.

100% remote work from anywhere in the world (vacancy relevant for specialists living outside RF, RB, China, Iran, Syria, etc.). 5/2 schedule with flexible start of working day (time zone reference — CET).
