Senior ML / AI Engineer

Tango is hiring a Senior ML / AI Engineer in Limassol, Cyprus. Onsite role: build and deploy LLM/AI solutions, train and evaluate models, Python, PyTorch, GPU. Competitive salary + stock options.

Own the problem, turning goals into AI solutions in production. Build and adapt LLMs; fine-tune or distill models for performance. Train your own models, handling data collection and evaluation. Decide on build vs. buy based on clear metrics and constraints. Ship features to production and monitor for effectiveness.

5+ years of engineering experience with strong software skills. Hands-on with LLMs: retrieval, tool use, and context engineering. Proven experience training models on real production data. Proficient in Python, PyTorch, and GPU utilization. English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher. Nice to have: Experience with real-time inference, content moderation, or recommendation systems. Nice to have: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
