Senior Legal Counsel

Senior Legal Counsel for international iGaming & Betting company. Responsibilities include licensing, PSP support, commercial contracts, regulatory matters, and B2C documentation. Fully remote.

An international team in the iGaming & Betting sector is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support licensing, payment providers, commercial contracts, and regulatory matters. What to do: - Support obtaining and maintaining offshore gaming licenses; - Interact with licensing and regulatory authorities; - Provide legal support to PSPs, including contracts and compliance issues; - Develop and update B2C documentation: Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, AML/KYC, and other documents; - Prepare and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, and internal legal templates; - Conduct legal research and track changes in legislation in the areas of gambling, advertising, data protection, and commercial law; - Support marketing, advertising, affiliate, and partnership activities; - Advise internal teams and participate in cross-functional projects.

What we are looking for: - Higher legal education; - 3 to 5 years of experience in the legal field of iGaming; - Practical experience in obtaining and maintaining offshore gaming licenses; - Experience in direct interaction with licensing authorities; - Experience in legal support of PSPs; - Deep understanding of commercial, contract, and gambling law; - Experience in preparing and negotiating commercial agreements and B2C documentation; - Strong legal writing skills in Russian and English; - English at B2–C1 level; - Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills; - Independence and willingness to work in an international environment.
