Senior Legal Associate

Netreach Digital is looking for a Senior Legal Associate with 5+ years of corporate law experience, full-time remote position.

Responsibilities: - Collecting and systematizing information for strategic legal tasks; - Independently managing legal projects from start to implementation; - Deep research of solutions: jurisdictions, approaches, models, limitations; testing hypotheses and developing alternatives; - Decomposing tasks into stages, setting goals, and controlling deadlines; - Forming final project proposals or recommendations.

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in corporate law; - Completed higher legal education; - English Upper-Intermediate or higher; - Experience in independently managing corporate law projects; - Ability to work with uncertainty: research, formulate options, and make decisions; - Experience in structuring tasks and delivering results; - Attention to detail, systematic thinking, and ability to keep the big picture in mind; - Interest in developing expertise and working with complex legal tasks; Nice to have: experience working in a technology startup.

Conditions: - Full-time work with a convenient 5/2 schedule, ~9 AM to 6 PM (GMT+3); - Fully remote work; - Cooperation format: contract with self-employed; - Paid vacation and sick leave.
