Senior Legal Associate

Senior Legal Associate at Netreach Digital. Lead corporate legal projects end-to-end for a SaaS/adtech company serving EU, US, UK. Remote, full-time, contract with self-employed. English Upper-Intermediate+.

Netreach Digital manages SaaS tools and software behind large-scale digital advertising campaigns, providing technology infrastructure that helps companies in the EU, US, and UK launch, analyze, and optimize online ad campaigns. We are expanding the legal team and looking for a Senior Legal Associate to lead legal projects end-to-end: from task definition and research to action plan and implementation. In this role you will participate in strategic company projects, work with international jurisdictions, independently shape approaches to complex legal issues, and influence business development. Responsibilities: - Collect and systematize information for strategic legal tasks - Independently manage legal projects from start to implementation - Conduct deep research of solution options: jurisdictions, approaches, models, restrictions; test hypotheses and work out alternatives - Decompose tasks into stages, define goals, and control deadlines - Form the final project proposal or recommendation

Corporate law experience: 5+ years Completed higher legal education English: Upper-Intermediate or higher Experience independently managing corporate law projects Ability to work with uncertainty: research, formulate options, and make decisions Experience structuring tasks and driving them to results Accuracy, systematic thinking, and ability to keep the big picture in mind Interest in developing expertise and working with complex legal tasks Nice to have: - Experience in a technology startup
