Senior/Lead Fullstack Engineer

Seeking Senior/Lead Fullstack Engineer to develop a multi-tenant SaaS platform end-to-end, integrating AI layer and graph knowledge base. Remote, rate negotiable.

Develop a product SaaS platform end-to-end and integrate an AI layer and graph knowledge base. Responsibilities: • Design and evolve multi-tenant SaaS: tenant isolation, RBAC/SSO, API, dashboards, onboarding • Fullstack product development • Subscription model: plans, quotas, feature flags, usage limits (including AI) • Unified codebase for SaaS and on-prem (packaging, updates, security requirements) • Embed LLM/RAG/GraphRAG and graph knowledge base into the platform: quality, latency, cost, data security • Production practices: CI/CD, observability, SLO, incidents, API-compatible migrations • For Lead: tech direction, code review, mentoring, decomposition and prioritization

• 5+ years of development; proven experience building and evolving SaaS platforms • Fullstack: backend + frontend • Multi-tenancy, auth (OAuth2/OIDC, RBAC), API design, billing/quotas/feature flags • Production systems: PostgreSQL (or equivalent), queues/cache, Docker; Kubernetes desirable • Experience with LLM in production (RAG and/or agent pipelines) and understanding of AI product limitations • Experience with graph DBs / knowledge graphs (Neo4j or equivalent) or willingness to quickly strengthen this area with strong SaaS background • Understanding of differences between SaaS and on-prem (self-hosted, network restrictions, SSO, audit, data residency) Preferred: • GraphRAG, hybrid retrieval (vector + graph), entity extraction/resolution • Enterprise implementations: SAML/OIDC, audit logs, security policies • Experience managing 2–5 engineers (for Lead track) • React/Next.js (or equivalent) + TypeScript and/or Python (FastAPI)
