Senior/Lead Frontend Developer (React) at ROSGOSSTRAKH. Remote work. Develop client web apps, integrate OpenAPI, manage a small team.

Develop functionality of client web applications. Integrate with OpenAPI (generation of types and clients, contract support). Work in microfrontend architecture. Do a lot of layout: adaptive, accessible interfaces, pixel-perfect, complex forms and states. Support and develop UI-kit and core-packages. Participate in code review, improve architecture and development processes, maintain high code quality. Manage a small team.

Commercial experience in web development 5+ years. Proficient in React and TypeScript. Experience with microfrontends (Webpack Module Federation) and monorepositories. Understanding of OpenAPI specification (types/clients generation). Strong layout skills: accessibility, complex forms, states, tables. Experience in developing core services and maintaining UI-kit in Storybook. Ability to estimate task complexity and work with incomplete requirements. Higher technical education. Will be a plus: Understanding of internationalization and accessibility approaches. Experience in Node.js/Express development. Experience managing a small team.
