Senior Frontend Developer (React)

Senior React developer needed for a new project from scratch, remote, full-time. 3–6 years experience.

We have a big and interesting task — create a new project from scratch, taking the best of the current product and rethinking what can be made more convenient and modern. This is not just a transfer of existing functionality to a new stack. Together with the team, you will participate in architecture design, make technical decisions, and gradually build a new system: from basic components to user scenarios and tools for managers. There will be a lot of product development: personal accounts, administrative interfaces, internal tools, and completely new functionality. Part of the existing system will continue to live nearby, so sometimes you will have to deal with current code, fix bugs, and carefully migrate necessary functionality to the new project. Development and growth of the frontend part of the product. Implementation of new interfaces and user scenarios. Integration with backend API. Design and development of reusable components. Participation in technical decisions and task decomposition. Conducting code review. Writing clear, maintainable, and testable code. Performance optimization and improving the quality of existing solutions. Fixing bugs and supporting current web projects during the transition to the new system. Participation in the development of technical practices and approaches within the team.

Commercial experience with React from 3 years. Solid knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. Good understanding of React principles and modern frontend stack. Experience designing frontend application structure and modules. Understanding of maintainable and scalable code principles. Experience with REST API and integrating frontend applications with backend services. Proficient in Git and understanding of team development process. Experience conducting code review and readiness to argue technical decisions. Skills in writing and maintaining technical documentation. Ability to independently understand existing code and find optimal solutions. Responsible approach to code quality and work results. Willingness to share knowledge, help colleagues, and participate in engineering practices. React / Redux / Redux Thunk; JavaScript / TypeScript; TanStack Router / TanStack Query / TanStack Form; adaptive layout (HTML/CSS/Tailwind CSS); shadcn/ui / Radix UI / Material UI; unit testing (Vitest/Jest); Git/Yarn; refactoring and support of legacy code including class components. Nice to have: Feature-Sliced Design, browser testing with Playwright, Redux Form / React Router, Vite/Webpack/Babel/ESLint setup, GitLab CI/CD, Docker.

Full-time employment, 5/2 schedule, remote work.
