Nexpanse is looking for a Creative Producer for a performance team that develops web-to-web products in Utilities, Health, and Subscription niches. The role involves creating performance creatives that directly impact CPA, ROAS, and revenue. Creativity is treated as part of the funnel and a tool for business growth. Responsibilities: - Create performance creatives for paid traffic - Generate and test new creative hypotheses daily - Use AI tools to scale production - Work with the UA team to improve conversions - Analyze performance metrics and improve creatives and campaign results

3+ years of experience in performance creatives and paid ads Experience with web-to-web funnels: quiz → paywall → trial Understanding of CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and Hook Rate as working metrics Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads AI-first approach: using AI for video generation, creatives, scripts, and production acceleration Portfolio with real results and numbers is mandatory Experience with ad budgets, preferably from $20K–$100K+ per month

Contract with a US company, Russian-speaking team. Remote worldwide, full-time. Salary up to $6k.
