We manage the full project lifecycle — from land acquisition and design to construction and delivery. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior KYC & Finance Operations Specialist to join our Finance team in Paphos. This role will be responsible for managing KYC and banking-related processes across the Group, working closely with clients, counterparties and financial institutions in Cyprus and internationally. The position also includes monitoring accounts receivable and supporting timely payment collection. Key Responsibilities: - Manage KYC processes for clients and counterparties, ensuring all required documentation is collected, reviewed and properly maintained - Conduct Source of Funds (SoF) and Source of Wealth (SoW) reviews and coordinate the collection of supporting documentation - Communicate directly with clients and counterparties regarding KYC and banking requirements - Liaise with Cyprus and international banks and financial institutions on KYC matters, transactions and documentation requirements - Support international and cross-border transactions, ensuring the necessary documentation is prepared in line with banking requirements - Monitor accounts receivable and manage communication with clients regarding outstanding payments - Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales and other business teams on KYC, banking and payment-related matters - Handle complex and non-standard cases, identifying additional documentation or clarification required - Maintain accurate and up-to-date KYC records and supporting documentation - Monitor relevant changes in KYC, AML and banking requirements - Contribute to the development and improvement of internal KYC processes and documentation standards

Requirements and Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience in KYC, AML, banking, financial services or a similar role - Hands-on experience in Cyprus and a strong understanding of local banking practices and KYC/AML requirements - Practical experience with Source of Funds and Source of Wealth verification - Experience with international payments and cross-border transactions - Strong understanding of documentation required by banks for KYC and transaction-related purposes - Experience working directly with banks, clients and counterparties - Ability to manage complex cases independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders - Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail - Excellent organisational and communication skills - Excellent written and spoken English and Russian are mandatory - Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, Business Administration or a related field - Experience in real estate, banking, wealth management, fiduciary services or professional services would be an advantage
