Finance Manager

International iGaming company seeks an experienced Finance Manager for on-site work in Cyprus, offering competitive salary and career growth.

Prepare and analyse monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Support budgeting, financial planning and forecasting (FP&A). Monitor cash flow, expenses and financial performance. Coordinate supplier payments, payroll and banking transactions. Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements. Work closely with accountants, auditors, banks and external partners.

Strong accounting and financial analysis skills. Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting. Hands-on experience in finance operations, payments and cash management. Ability to work independently, take ownership and meet deadlines. Experience in iGaming, FinTech or high-risk industries is a strong advantage. Ukrainian or Russian and English language skills.
