What to do: — Full-cycle recruitment: from candidate profile formation to employee onboarding. — Exclusive headhunting using various channels and candidate attraction tools beyond posting on HeadHunter: direct search, professional communities, referrals, social networks, and other recruiting tools. — Onboarding and performance evaluation, employee support at various stages in the company. — Development and implementation of KPIs, participation in building the motivation system. — Active development of corporate culture, fostering openness, friendliness, mutual assistance, and respect. — Internal communications and initiatives to strengthen teamwork and positive work environment. — Organizing events for professional growth and development of the group. — HR administration, military registration, and implementation of labor safety standards.

— HR and recruiting experience 3+ years, with successful cases in exclusive search and corporate culture improvement. — Knowledge of Russian labor law, experience in HR administration and military registration. — Management skills and ability to build constructive interaction with employees and managers. — Ability to plan work independently, set priorities, and achieve results. — Fluent verbal and written Russian, knowledge of business etiquette. — Initiative, friendliness, and interest in creating a positive corporate culture.
