Senior / Head of Affiliate (SEO, PPC)

Senior/Head of Affiliate (SEO, PPC) remote worldwide. Lead affiliate network growth, manage SEO/PPC traffic, develop partners, analyze performance, GEO Europe/LATAM/Asia/USA/Africa. 2+ years affiliate marketing, English B1–B2+.

Develop and scale the affiliate network. Attract new partners and develop existing relationships. Work with SEO and PPC traffic sources. Analyze traffic performance and key metrics. Collaborate with Support, Tech, and BizDev teams. Work with GEO: Europe (Tier 1/Tier 2), LATAM, Asia, USA, Africa.

2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing. Practical experience with SEO and/or PPC. Having your own partner base is a big plus. English B1–B2+ for communication with foreign partners. Excellent negotiation and partner relationship skills. Experience with Affise is a plus. Ideal candidate: able to make decisions independently and take responsibility; proactive and result-oriented; easily builds long-term partnerships; has experience with international markets and multicultural teams.

Remote (Worldwide) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour workday.
