We are developing the innovative mobile app EATR that helps users control nutrition, count calories, and build healthy eating habits. We are looking for a Senior Growth (web funnels) specialist who can not only maintain current performance but constantly find new growth points: research the market, build new funnels, run tests, and improve economics. Responsibilities: • Develop web funnels on the FunnelFox builder and be responsible for their results. • Launch new funnels for different segments, offers, markets, and hypotheses. • Research the market, competitors, and working approaches. • Perform analytics: conversions, monetization, LTV — and understand what really drives metrics. • Build, configure, and refine funnels in builders hands-on. • Run A/B tests and continuously improve conversion and economics. • Work closely with the acquisition, creative, and analytics teams.
• Strong background in growth/performance in developing subscription web funnels for mobile apps. • Experience in developing subscription web funnels. • Ability to independently find growth points and turn them into hypotheses and tests. • Willing to not only come up with ideas but also quickly build and launch funnels hands-on. • Comfortable working fast, without excessive bureaucracy and micromanagement. • Experience with web funnel builders. • Knowledge of health & fitness / nutrition.
• Work in a strong team, in close collaboration with CEO, CPO, and CMO. • Fast pace and many opportunities to test ideas. • Independence and the ability to independently develop an important business direction. • Real impact on growth and quick feedback. • Remote work from anywhere in the world. • Salary in USDT.
