Senior Growth Marketing Analyst (Mobile Apps)

Senior Growth Marketing Analyst for mobile apps at SonderAds. Remote from Europe, Asia, Georgia, Serbia. Full-time. Focus on traffic acquisition growth and ad monetization analytics.

Help the business find growth points in traffic acquisition (in-app, social, web) and app development with ad monetization. Develop and improve automated traffic buying algorithms, influence product metrics of own apps. High level of autonomy in key analytical directions, direct interaction with company owners and analytics team, preparation of reports and recommendations affecting strategic business decisions.

7+ years in data analytics. Experience in mobile app analytics and ad mediation for apps with ad monetization: understanding mediation platforms, ad networks, waterfall/bidding logic, eCPM, fill rate, ARPDAU, impressions, ad revenue. 4+ years in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid acquisition or growth marketing. Deep expertise in key acquisition and product metrics: LTV, ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPC, CPM, CPI, CTR, CR, retention, ARPU. Experience with cohort analysis, ad hoc analysis, experiment evaluation, hypothesis testing. Ability to find non-obvious insights and turn them into business recommendations. Experience with MMP, attribution and tracking tools: Adjust, Voluum, Amplitude, MixPanel, Firebase or similar. SQL for ad hoc analysis, data extraction, modeling. Python or R for analytics, automation, modeling. Understanding of marketing attribution, tracking, conversion measurement, data quality. Building reports and dashboards in BI tools (Looker). Experience with BigQuery and modern data stack: GitLab, Docker, Google Cloud (Container Registry, Workflows, Cloud Run). Experience with large data volumes. Strong analytical and systems thinking. Attention to detail, self-organization, responsibility. Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical teams. Higher education in mathematics, applied mathematics, statistics, data science, IT or related fields.
