Growth Analyst

Responsibilities: - Marketing and growth analytics for a global AI product with over 35 million users worldwide, covering paid traffic, influencers, and organic channels. - Move from hypothesis to launch in hours, not quarters: when we find a working approach, we test and scale it.

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in marketing or performance analytics, with SQL and Python. - Understanding of CAC, ROMI, LTV, attribution, and incrementality. - Experience with ad accounts and trackers. - Ability to determine which channels truly bring paying users and which ones steal conversions. - Independence: find a problem, test a hypothesis, and turn findings into budget decisions. - Willingness to work 6 days a week.
