Senior Growth Infrastructure & Media Buyer (Google Ecosystem)

Senior Media Buyer / Growth Infrastructure Specialist needed to build scalable performance systems for Google Ads in high-risk verticals (Crypto, Binary, Forex, Nutra, etc.). Remote, full-time.

▪️What to do: ▫️Launch and scale advertising campaigns ▫️Analyze effectiveness and control budgets ▫️Work with CPA / CPL / CAC / ROAS / ROI / CTR / CVR / LTV ▫️Find causes of performance drops and growth points ▫️Build analytics and processes around large data volumes ▫️Identify automation opportunities ▫️Design solutions that can scale

▪️Main stack: ▫️Google Ecosystem: GDN, Demand Gen, YouTube Ads, GA4 / GTM, Looker Studio, BigQuery (plus) ▫️Automation stack: Google Ads API / GA4 API / OpenAI API / n8n / Make / Zapier / AI Automation ▪️Requirements: ▫️At least 3 years of experience with Google Ads ▫️Managed budgets of $50,000+ / month ▫️Recent hands-on experience: launching campaigns in the last month ▫️Experience with Tier-1 / Tier-2 regions, Worldwide is a plus ▫️Must have experience in competitive / high-risk verticals: Crypto, Binary, Forex, Nutra, Sweepstakes, Mobile Apps ▫️Main: we are looking for a person who thinks not in individual campaigns but as a system
