• Development of web interfaces (React, Go, Java) • Support and development of business logic in core components • Writing tests • Communication with managers, testers, developers • CI/CD support (Atlassian) • Responsibility for product quality • Participation in the development of cool features • Reviewing others' code and conducting Code Reviews • Participation in the analysis of solutions necessary for launching new products/projects at MegaFon • Collaborating with the team to refine architecture, design APIs, propose and implement new technologies • Attending daily meetings with colleagues to report on task progress, ensuring the "on-time" principle • Not hesitating to communicate with colleagues in a distributed team and with the client

• Higher technical education • 5+ years of experience in React development, 2+ years in Java (Go), Python experience is highly welcome • Significant advantage: participation in the development and optimization of high-load applications • Understanding the specifics of multithreaded application development • Proficiency in popular architectural patterns and understanding when to apply them • Knowledge of the differences between RDBMS and NoSQL, types of message brokers and data cache. Understanding of application containerization and adherence to Quality Assurance principles • Knowledge of Agile and enjoyment of flexible methodologies • Skills in preparing and demonstrating solutions to clients • English language proficiency (reading technical literature, correspondence) • Leadership qualities and result-orientation
