Senior Fullstack Developer / AI-Native Engineer at SoftMediaLab, Node.js/TypeScript/React, salary 200k-240k RUB/month, remote, full-time.

Design application architecture: backend, frontend, DB, API and integrations. Decompose large tasks and projects into clear stages and estimate effort. Develop backend on Node.js/TypeScript and frontend on React. Design REST API, integrations and data models. Work with PostgreSQL, if necessary Redis, MongoDB, message queues. Make technical decisions considering performance, scalability, fault tolerance and security. Conduct Code Review and be responsible for the quality of the technical result. Write and control Unit/Integration tests. Work with Docker and CI/CD. Participate in releases, troubleshoot production issues, work with logging and monitoring. Create PoCs to test technical hypotheses. Interact with the client and be able to explain technical decisions in business language.

Important: experience with Claude Code / Codex / Cursor / GitHub Copilot or similar tools; decompose large tasks for AI agents; provide context, rules/skills/instructions to agents; use AI for development, testing, Code Review, documentation, refactoring and legacy analysis; organize multiple agents with different roles; verify and accept generated code, not blindly rely on AI; understand LLM limitations: hallucinations, context loss, overcomplicating solutions, architecture errors and potential security issues; maintain personal responsibility for the technical result regardless of AI involvement. Essential: commercial development experience from 5 years; strong knowledge: TypeScript + Node.js + React + PostgreSQL; practical experience designing entire systems, not just frontend architecture; understanding System Design: monolithic and microservices architecture, API, DB, queues, caching, integrations; ability to work with non-functional requirements: performance, load, scalability, fault tolerance, security and observability; experience with Docker and CI/CD. Knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus; experience with Code Review, Unit and Integration Testing; ability to decompose tasks and estimate development in hours; experience launching solutions from requirements to production; independence: given a business task, you can understand requirements, ask questions, propose architecture, assess risks and effort, organize development and deliver to production. Nice to have: Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, MongoDB, Kubernetes, Prometheus/Grafana/Sentry, experience with high-load systems, complex integrations with external systems, participation in presales and technical evaluation of new projects, experience in technical leadership or mentoring developers.
