Senior Frontend Developer (React) at aQsi, remote full-time, building a new project from scratch with React/TypeScript, 3–6 years experience.

We have a big and interesting task — to create a new project from scratch, taking the best from the current product and rethinking what can be made more convenient and modern. This is not just a transfer of existing functionality to a new stack. Together with the team, you will participate in architecture design, make technical decisions, and gradually build a new system: from basic components to user scenarios and tools for managers. The work will involve a lot of product development: personal accounts, administrative interfaces, internal tools, and completely new functionality. Part of the existing system will continue to live nearby, so sometimes you will have to deal with current code, fix bugs, and carefully move necessary functionality to the new project. Development and evolution of the frontend part of the product. Implementation of new interfaces and user scenarios. Integration with backend API. Design and development of reusable components. Participation in technical solutions and task decomposition. Conducting code review. Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code. Performance optimization and improvement of existing solutions. Fixing bugs and supporting current web projects during the transition to the new system. Participation in the development of technical practices and approaches within the team.

Commercial experience developing with React for at least 3 years. Confident knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. Good understanding of React principles and the modern frontend stack. Experience designing the structure of frontend applications and individual modules. Understanding of the principles of building maintainable and scalable code. Experience with REST API and integrating frontend applications with backend services. Confident use of Git and understanding of the team development process. Experience conducting code review and willingness to discuss technical decisions with arguments. Skills in writing and maintaining technical documentation. Ability to independently understand existing code and find optimal solutions. Responsible approach to code quality and the result of your work. Willingness to share knowledge, help colleagues, and participate in the development of engineering practices. React / Redux / Redux Thunk. JavaScript / TypeScript. TanStack Router / TanStack Query / TanStack Form. Adaptive layout (HTML / CSS / Tailwind CSS). shadcn/ui / Radix UI / Material UI. Unit testing (Vitest / Jest). Git / Yarn. Refactoring and maintaining legacy code, including class-based React components. Nice to have: Feature-Sliced Design, browser testing with Playwright, Redux Form / React Router, setting up Vite / Webpack / Babel / ESLint, experience with GitLab CI/CD, experience with Docker.
