Senior DevOps Engineer

Senior DevOps Engineer at BuyerTech. Salary 300,000-350,000 RUB net. Hybrid in Moscow. Develop state procurement platform.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to develop a state platform for small-scale procurement, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and stable operation under high load. Responsibilities include ensuring service reliability, data exchange with other systems, compatibility with electronic signatures and browsers, and deployment on fault-tolerant infrastructure. Implement, integrate, and technically support infrastructure security tools per requirements of specialized specialists, participate in eliminating identified vulnerabilities of infrastructure and services. Collaborate with DevSecOps and information security unit to implement and support infrastructure security tools.

Higher technical education. Experience as DevOps Engineer, SRE, Platform Engineer, or system engineer for 3+ years. Practical experience with production systems on Linux. Solid knowledge of Linux: processes, systemd, logs, file systems, network, CPU, memory, I/O, performance diagnostics. Production experience with Docker/OCI and Kubernetes. Practical knowledge of Kubernetes: Deployment, StatefulSet, DaemonSet; Service, Ingress, ConfigMap, Secret; readiness, liveness, startup probes; requests, limits, HPA; rolling update and rollback; diagnostics of Pod, Node, Service and network issues. Experience with Helm and Git. Experience building or developing CI/CD pipelines. Practical experience with GitLab CI/CD or similar tools. IaC experience: Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible or similar solutions. Experience with container registries, build artifacts, and delivery version management. Experience maintaining monitoring based on Prometheus and Grafana. Understanding of centralized logging, technical metrics, and alerting. Experience in incident response and root cause analysis. Understanding of basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, reverse proxy, load balancing, network timeouts. Automation skills in Bash and Python, Go, or another language. Ability to document technical solutions and operational procedures. Fintech experience is a plus.

Hybrid format in Moscow (metro Kievskaya or Frunzenskaya), 5/2. 4 days in office, 1 day remote per week. Employment strictly per Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
