Senior Data Scientist (GenAI/NLP) — Compliance & Supply Chain

Senior Data Scientist role focusing on GenAI/NLP for Compliance & Supply Chain in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Full-time, government-level project with relocation support. Requires 5+ years of experience and strong Python, ML, LLM, and RAG skills.

Development of industrial-level AI solutions for compliance automation, supply chain risk analysis, and expense analytics. Work in a strictly regulated environment with a focus on extracting insights from complex regulatory and technical texts.

Must-have: - 5+ years of experience in Data Science/ML with successful production model deployment cases. - Deep knowledge of Python and standard ML stack. - Practical experience with transformers and modern LLMs (from prompt engineering to fine-tuning). - Experience implementing RAG systems and structured data extraction methods. - Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi and undergo strict security screening.

Relocation to Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite). Full relocation support. Minimum 6 months onsite, then hybrid or remote is possible upon agreement. Full-time (government-level project). English language proficiency (B2+). Start ASAP.
