Pink-Elephant is hiring a Senior Data Scientist with expertise in GenAI and Medical knowledge graphs to build a decision-support diagnostics engine. The role involves LLM fine-tuning, Graph RAG, and XAI.

We're building a decision-support diagnostics engine that users and clinicians can actually trust. Our system leverages reasoning capabilities of LLMs grounded in structured graphs to provide evidence-based decision support. We are looking for a Data Scientist who can bridge the gap between black-box AI and interpretable clinical practice.

The stack: • LLM fine-tuning (SFT / DPO / LoRA / QLoRA) • Graph RAG (Neo4j, ArangoDB + vector search) • XAI: SHAP, LIME, attention-mapping • EHR pipelines + clinical validation (sensitivity/specificity) • Experience in healthtech OR high-stakes environment (fintech, risk)
