Data Scientist position with a salary range of 320,000 - 340,000 RUB gross. Full-time, remote work for Russian citizens. Requires 3+ years of experience, strong Python skills, ML expertise, and experience with data pipelines and CI/CD.

We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our team. The role involves developing and implementing advanced ML models, optimizing code, designing project architectures, and working with data pipelines. You will also be responsible for translating business needs into data science tasks, analyzing product metrics, and forming new research directions.

Requires a relevant degree or certifications in data analysis and machine learning. Minimum 3 years of experience in data science. Proficient in Python (PEP 8) and object-oriented programming. Experience with standard algorithms, data structures, and optimization techniques. Familiarity with data analysis libraries, numerical methods, and writing efficient code. Experience in test-driven development, project architecture design, and process scheduling (airflow, cron). Experience with CI/CD and deploying projects to production. Basic SQL knowledge (join, group by), experience with relational databases. PySpark experience (broadcast join, Spark UI) and knowledge of window functions. Understanding of different database types. Experience developing ETL pipelines, transactions, ACID, and indexes. Advanced knowledge of hypothesis testing methods (multiple testing, parametric/non-parametric methods, bootstrap). Experience with advanced ML models (Bayesian models, PGM, VBI, RL). Knowledge of methods for reducing variance in experiments. Understanding of product metrics, translating business tasks into DS/DA/DE, and building proxy metrics. Experience in identifying product's business logic strengths/weaknesses. Ability to consult and collaborate closely with product or business stakeholders. Experience in decomposing business goals into analysis stories and estimating task timelines. Tech stack: Python, SQL, data visualization (matplotlib, seaborn, plotly / BI tools), Git, PyTest, Spark 2.2+, Grafana/Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes (K8S).
