Brainsome is looking for a SENIOR DATA (INSIGHT) ANALYST in Limassol. Full-time office work. Requires 5+ years of experience, SQL, Python, and understanding of performance metrics.

Analyze large-scale traffic, lead, and monetization data to uncover patterns that can drive additional revenue and profit. Identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities across the monetization funnel, from traffic acquisition to final conversions. Discover high-value traffic segments, behavioral signals, and conditions associated with stronger monetization outcomes. Transform analytical findings into clear insights and hypotheses for growth managers. Support experimentation by defining metrics, analyzing test results, and identifying scalable opportunities. Build and maintain analytical reports, dashboards, and datasets that help monitor monetization performance and detect anomalies. Collaborate with the team to implement data-driven improvements in monetization logic and routing

5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst Advanced knowledge of SQL Knowledge of Python Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL (Clickhouse is a plus) Understanding of performance metrics and monetization KPIs such as CR, EPL, ROI, RPC, LTV, etc. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform complex datasets into clear business insights.
