Middle/Senior Data Analyst at DataDev. Salary from 250,000 to 350,000 RUB. Project-based/Full-time employment. Analysis of customer behavior, evaluation of ML models, A/B tests, development of metrics and dashboards.

Analysis of customer behavior and the effectiveness of ML models. Evaluation of experiment results: A/B tests, uplift analysis, control groups. Participation in the analysis of data sources, proposing improvements for the data platform (data collection, storage, preparation for DS). Development of metrics and dashboards (Looker/Tableau/Metabase) for monitoring and decision-making. Data verification (anomaly detection, check automation). Researching large datasets, identifying patterns, generating insights and recommendations for the product. Setting up ETL processes for data preparation. Audience segmentation, funnel analysis, identifying bottlenecks in the product. Collaboration with Data Scientists, Product Managers, Data Engineers. Developing processes and a data-driven culture within the company.

3+ years of experience in data analytics (SaaS / eCommerce - advantage). Advanced SQL (complex queries, optimization, working with large tables). Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy) – data processing, automation. Knowledge of statistics and experience conducting A/B tests. Understanding of ML/AI fundamentals (as a business analyst/client). Structured thinking, ability to explain data to the business. Tech stack: Languages: Python, SQL (including PL/SQL, PL/pgSQL) Databases: Greenplum, PostgreSQL BigData: Kafka, Trino, Spark, Hadoop, Hive ETL systems: Apache Airflow Will be a plus: Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, marketplaces. Knowledge of Airflow, dbt, or other ETL tools. Basic ML skills (model interpretation, feature importance). Experience with ClickHouse, BigQuery, Snowflake.
