Senior Data Analyst (Customer Value Management)
Senior Data Analyst for Customer Value Management in a large company. Remote, Hybrid, Office (Moscow, Krasnodar, Innopolis). Senior level. Russia only.
Responsibilities: Forecast churn at the individual client level: who will leave, when, and why; Determine who will return organically and who needs to be brought back through communications; Develop and test churn risk metrics and indicators; Build DAC segmentation and behavior patterns for targeted intervention; Generate insights for retention and reactivation teams; Support and develop ML models in close collaboration with data scientists.
Mandatory requirements: Experience in data analytics for over 3 years; Experience in customer analytics: RFM, cohort analysis, LTV calculation, assessing the incremental effect of communications; Higher education.
Work format: Remote, Hybrid, Office (Moscow, Krasnodar, Innopolis); Salary: Discussed at the interview.
