Senior Content Scriptwriter

GORDO MEDIA seeks an experienced senior scriptwriter for short videos to produce scripts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts for major federal brands.

Write scripts for short videos under mass production and for various creators. Systematically track trends and analyze mechanics of viral vertical content. Adapt current trends to the specifics of the product, brand niche and specific talent. Participate in brainstormings, find references and propose new formats. Refine scripts based on views and engagement analytics. Scale successful formats to new projects and brands.

Confirmed experience writing scripts for short videos (mandatory). Deep understanding of viral content structure and storytelling. Ability to express thoughts simply and clearly for any format and any creator. Basic understanding of marketing funnel and ability to convey product value through the story. Understanding of audience psychological triggers and basic understanding of editing/storyboarding. Strong visual awareness, constant trendwatching and ability to deliver large volume without quality loss. A plus is the skill of using neural networks in script work.

Income: 160,000 – 190,000 RUB (details and bonuses discussed individually at interview). Work format: hybrid in Moscow (preferably) or fully remote. Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00. Work with a portfolio of major federal brands and real impact on the growth of their media presence. Freedom to test hypotheses and introduce new ideas.
