Senior Short-Form Video Scriptwriter

GORDO MEDIA is hiring a Senior Scriptwriter for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) for major federal brands. Hybrid in Moscow or remote, salary 160,000-190,000 RUB.

GORDO MEDIA helps major federal brands build awareness and demand through social media. The portfolio includes over 10 brands in beverages, FMCG, beauty, retail, services, and e-commerce. We are looking for an experienced senior scriptwriter for short videos to take on systematic, large-scale script production. Responsibilities: – Write scripts for short videos for mass production and various creators; – Systematically track trends and analyze mechanics of viral vertical content; – Adapt current trends to the product specifics, brand niche, and the performer; – Participate in brainstorming, find references, and suggest new formats; – Refine scripts based on view and engagement analytics; – Scale successful formats to new projects and brands.

– Proven experience writing scripts for short videos (required); – Deep understanding of viral content structure and storytelling; – Ability to express thoughts simply and clearly for any format and creator; – Basic understanding of marketing funnel and ability to convey product value through narrative; – Understanding of audience psychological triggers and basic editing/storyboarding; – Strong taste, constant trend-watching, and ability to produce large volumes without losing quality; – A plus: skills in using neural networks for scriptwriting.

– Income: 160,000 – 190,000 RUB (details and bonuses discussed individually at interview); – Work format: hybrid in Moscow (preferred) or fully remote; – Schedule: 5/2, from 10:00 to 19:00; – Working with a portfolio of major federal brands and real impact on their media presence; – Freedom to test hypotheses and implement new ideas.
