GORDO MEDIA helps major federal brands build awareness and demand through social media. The company's portfolio includes over 10 brands in beverages, FMCG, beauty, retail, services, and e-commerce. Responsibilities: — Write scripts for short videos for mass production and different creators; — Systematically track trends and analyze viral vertical content mechanics; — Adapt current trends to the specifics of the product, brand niche, and specific performer; — Participate in brainstorm sessions, search for references, and propose new formats; — Refine scripts based on view and engagement analytics; — Scale successful formats to new projects and brands.

— Proven experience writing scripts for short videos; — Deep understanding of viral content structure and storytelling; — Ability to express thoughts simply and clearly for any format and any creator; — Basic understanding of marketing funnel and ability to convey product value through narrative; — Understanding of audience psychological triggers and basic knowledge of editing/storyboarding; — High level of media literacy, constant trend-watching, and ability to produce large volumes without quality loss; — A plus: skill in using neural networks in script work.
