Senior Bonus Manager role in iGaming, remote worldwide. Company NDA, salary $2500-3500. Full-time contract/crypto. Responsibilities include full ownership of the bonus system, A/B testing, and optimization.

Briefly about the role: Responsible for the full cycle of the bonus system in the product: from setup (with the help of a junior) and launch to analytics and optimization. This is an independent role at the intersection of CRM, product, and analytics with a direct impact on key metrics (reg2dep, retention, LTV).

3+ years of experience in iGaming (mandatory); Understanding of bonus mechanics: wagering, bonus abuse, limitations; Strong analytical background: ability to calculate bonus economics, A/B testing experience; Experience with CRM tools and bonus engines; Understanding the impact of bonuses on: conversion, retention, revenue; Experience launching new GEOs will be a plus; Independence and ownership: ability to lead the direction without micromanagement; Data-driven approach to decision-making

Remote work format from anywhere in the world. 5/2 schedule (from 10:00 to 19:00 Moscow time) with a flexible start to the day. Stable salary pegged to USD. Provision of necessary equipment for work.
