Senior Backend Developer (DeFi Infra/Blockchain)

Sber is looking for a Senior Backend Developer (DeFi Infra/Blockchain) to develop integration services for public blockchain networks. Hybrid or office work in Moscow.

Development of integration services for interaction with public blockchain network nodes. Design and implementation of technical solutions based on the target stack: Golang, Solidity, PostgreSQL; Kubernetes (DropApp), Git, Jenkins, Nexus. Ensuring compliance with non-functional requirements (performance, fault tolerance, audit, monitoring, security). Reviewing code, solution design, documentation, implementation of best practices (code review, CI/CD pipelines, test coverage). Supporting preparation and support of the solution from MVP to a full-fledged product.

Experience in Golang development from 6 years + Solidity or another language for creating smart contracts from 3 years. Experience in developing applications for interaction with blockchain and smart contracts. Experience working with at least one of the networks: Ethereum, Bitcoin, TRON. Experience in implementing solutions within microservice architecture. Experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST, gRPC, queues). Experience with OpenShift/Kubernetes, containerization – Docker. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Nexus. Practical experience with SQL, creating queries, profiling and optimization. Experience writing unit tests. Nice to have: Experience with hardhat, anvil; Knowledge of languages, compilers and development tools for EVM; Knowledge in cryptography (threshold signatures, zero knowledge protocols) and/or working with HSM.
