A licensed crypto-casino is building its own affiliate program and is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to take full responsibility for the direction's development, from attracting the first partners to building a scalable affiliate machine. What you will do: — Find and onboard partners: SEO sites, streamers, YouTube/Telegram channels, performance networks, media buyers — Formulate individual offers (RevShare, CPA, hybrid models), negotiate and close deals — Work with Twitch / Kick / YouTube streamers - from outreach to support, monitor performance by NGR and ROAS — Analyze each partner: clicks, registrations, deposits, NGR - identify successful combinations and scale them — Search for new funnels: affiliate networks, sub-affiliate schemes, new geos — Participate in platform development - tracking, promotional materials, processes

What is important: — 3+ years in affiliate marketing in iGaming (fiat or crypto casinos) — Market understanding: key players, RevShare/CPA mechanics, specifics of the crypto audience — Experience in scaling affiliate programs - growth in the number of partners, traffic, and revenue — Ability to work in a startup environment without established processes, build a structure from scratch — English at the negotiation level
