Senior Accountant position in Limassol, Cyprus. Full-time, office-based role in a growing real estate company. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing tax reports, and financial statements. Competitive salary from EUR 3,500 gross.

Maintain accounting and tax records for residential and commercial property rentals Prepare and submit VAT returns and other tax reports Manage accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (preferably in real estate or related sectors) Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written) Knowledge of Russian is not required but considered an advantage Strong knowledge of Cypriot accounting and tax legislation, including VAT Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Valid work permit or Cyprus/EU citizenship is required
