Senior Accountant for FinTech company (Altery) in Cyprus. Manage accounting operations, prepare reports, and improve processes. Requires 3-5 years of experience and IFRS knowledge.

We’re looking for an experienced accountant to take ownership of accounting operations across multiple jurisdictions and help build efficient, scalable processes. What you’ll do: • Manage full-cycle accounting across multiple countries • Review accountants’ work (postings, adjustments, entries) • Prepare monthly standalone & consolidated management reports with analysis • Perform reconciliations (bank, customer, supplier accounts) • Improve processes, strengthen controls, and drive automation

What we’re looking for: • 3–5 years of accounting experience • Strong IFRS knowledge • ACCA/CPA/ACA (full or in progress) — a plus • Big4 background — an advantage • Advanced Excel + experience with accounting systems (Sage, QuickBooks, etc.) • Strong analytical skills and proactive mindset
