Senior 1C Consultant: USHP / BSHP — Regulated Accounting, Agro-Industrial Complex

Senior 1C consultant for USHP/BSHP regulated accounting in agro-industrial complex. Remote (Russia, Moscow/regions). Full-time/project, >1 year. Salary 300,000–330,000 RUB. Citizenship RF/CIS. Focus on accounting/tax support, month-end closing, integrations.

Long-term project in the agro-industrial complex (AIC). Responsibilities: - Consulting support for accounting on accounting and tax accounting in 1C:USHP and 1C:BSHP; - Analysis of complex and non-standard business transactions, error investigation and restoration of correct accounting sequence; - Support of month-end closing under OSNO and ESHN, including separate accounting of income and expenses, and input VAT at 10% and 20%; - Support of production accounting for crop production, livestock and MTP: waybills and accounting sheets, normative write-off of fuel and lubricants, depreciation of fixed assets; - Control of correctness of transferring primary documents from operational systems Vesovaya, AdeptIS, USHP into regulated accounting contour BSHP / BP; - Support of payroll data reflection from 1C:ZUP into USHP / BSHP / BP; - Support of integrations and exchanges with EDO, client-bank, FGIS Mercury and FGIS Grain; - Control of NSI quality within the accounting contour; - Consulting and training of system users.

Experience: - Experience as a consultant or lead specialist in support of regulated accounting in 1C from 3 years; - Practical experience in implementation and/or support of 1C:USHP and/or 1C:BSHP or similar industry solutions for AIC enterprises; - Experience in supporting month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing under OSNO and ESHN, including separate VAT accounting; - Deep knowledge of 1C:USHP based on UPP 1.3 and 1C:BSHP based on BP 3.0; - Understanding of synchronization mechanisms ZUP ↔ BP/BSHP and USHP ↔ BSHP ↔ BP; - Knowledge of accounting and production accounting. Experience as an accountant directly at an agricultural enterprise will be a significant advantage. Mandatory: - '1C:Specialist-Consultant' in '1C:Accounting' and/or '1C:BSHP'; - '1C:Specialist' in the '1C:Enterprise 8' platform. Nice to have: - '1C:Specialist-Consultant' in 1C:ZUP and/or 1C:USHP.
