Lead QA Automation Engineer with Playwright and TypeScript experience. Fully remote, worldwide (outside of Russia). Salary from USD 6,000.

We build an ITSM / ITAM solution available as both SaaS and on-premise. The engineering team has ~30 engineers. Automation exists, but a significant part of regression testing is still manual, slowing down releases. This role is key to changing that.

Must-have: Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks Solid coding skills (TypeScript or similar) Ability to work hands-on where automation is still developing English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (written and spoken) Russian — professional working proficiency Important: Experience with Playwright, or willingness to adopt it Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.) Nice-to-have: Experience mentoring QA engineers transitioning into automation
