Scriptwriter / Creative Copywriter

Creative platform bzik seeks a Scriptwriter/Creative Copywriter to craft engaging scripts for vertical and horizontal formats, working with brands like Burger King and Yandex Browser.

bzik is a creative platform. Our team believes the world won't survive if it doesn't see your idea. That's why we support creators and work with brands in content, special projects, video and AI production, social media, and influencer integrations. Some of our clients include Burger King, Yandex Browser, 2GIS, Avito, Otello, PIMS, Yandex Market, and others. What to do: - Write engaging scripts: primarily for vertical formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), as well as horizontal videos — for our brand clients and for bzik's own media. - Find substance without fluff: extract the essence, pack complex meanings into 15–60 seconds, and make content break through banner blindness. - Think through visualization from start to finish: select references, memes, visuals, write actor actions and shot lists so the filming team understands everything without a translator. - Be involved in production: suggest improvements during pre-production, filming, and editing stages, natively integrate fresh trends and sound. - Work closely: brainstorm with the creative team, guide editors, and speak the same language as video production.

- Proven experience in digital scripts: strong cases of writing scripts for short formats (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) or YouTube videos. - Understanding of virality anatomy: knowledge of how hooks, attention retention, frame dynamics, timing, and micro-format dramaturgy work. - Visual taste, style, and sense of humor: allergic to clichés and templates, fluent in internet culture, social media trends, and memes (if you're into deep internet and can do sketches — a big plus). - Ability to work with material: quickly dive into a client's topic, extract the key points, and turn them into a living story. - Independence and responsibility: adequate attitude to deadlines and the revision process. A test assignment will be offered at the next stages of selection.
