Processing inbound requests from potential clients via various channels (website consultations, events, partner channels); Interacting with clients (calls, email, messengers) and validating client interest in using cloud services; Participating in industry and specialized events; Identifying client tasks, creating needs, consulting on scenarios for using Cloud.ru services; Conducting product and service demonstrations for clients; Supporting clients during testing of Cloud.ru services; Organizing client interaction with Cloud.ru technical specialists and technical onboarding; Supporting clients at the stage of preparing and signing contracts; Managing activities in the CRM system.

Experience in active sales in IT from 2 years; Developed skills in simultaneously managing a large number of projects with reporting in a CRM system; Skills in independently setting priorities and planning the workday; Knowledge of cloud services concepts, understanding of key use cases and benefits of cloud services for clients; Experience in selling cloud services and technical education will be an advantage.
