Gorilla Logistics Center is hiring a Sales Manager to sell international logistics services from China to Russia, Kazakhstan, and other countries. Salary: 25,000 RUB + 3,000 RUB per deal, with average income 70,000–200,000 RUB.

Gorilla Logistics Center is an international logistics company that organizes cargo shipments from China to Russia, Kazakhstan, and other countries. We are looking for a Sales Manager who can sell, handle objections, and close deals. Responsibilities: • Work with a warm client base • Reactivate clients and bring them back • Identify needs and present services • Handle incoming requests • Manage clients via Telegram and messengers • Close deals and support clients until shipment • Work in amoCRM • Make cold calls if needed

• Experience in cargo and logistics from China is a priority • Experience in international logistics is a plus • Knowledge of foreign trade and purchasing in China is an advantage • Negotiation and objection handling skills • Result and sales orientation

• Trial period: 1 month • Salary during trial: 25,000 RUB + 3,000 RUB per deal • With 15 deals – income up to 70,000 RUB • Income grows with more deals • After trial: main motivation system: percentage from deals, percentage from payments to the account, bonuses for new and repeat clients • Average manager income: 70,000–200,000 RUB • Career growth opportunity to Head of Sales Department
