We are looking for a sales manager to join the team of a business expert and mentor. You will: — Communicate with incoming leads from the funnel; — Identify customer needs; — Present the appropriate product; — Bring interested clients to calls; — Conduct sales calls and close deals; — Support clients until payment; — Maintain simple reports on leads and sales. We sell informational and educational products. Average check is about 200,000 RUB.

Experience in sales, preferably with online products, mentoring, training, or services. Confident in written communication and on calls. Able to listen to the client and match products. Self-driven, initiative, results-oriented. No pushy or templated sales. A plus: experience with experts, online schools, mentors, or high-ticket sales.

Project-based employment; remote work; flexible schedule; ready-made funnel and incoming leads; payment: fixed + 10% per sale; with average check 200,000 RUB, reward per sale about 20,000 RUB; income directly tied to closed deals.
