Federal children's education school (programming, AI, exam prep) seeks managers and team leads for permanent project. High energy sales via video meetings, average deal 215,000 RUB, fast sales cycle. Manager: fixed 12,000 RUB + 320 RUB per meeting + bonuses. Team lead: fixed 50,000 RUB + group sales percentage.

Conduct video meetings with child and parent, interactive presentation, product selection. No qualification, meeting confirmation, or rejection handling — other departments handle that. Your focus is to sell during the introductory lesson. Sales are fast and emotional — high energy required. Traffic is solvent: installment approval rate 56–68%.

High energy level. Sales skills. Experience in sales is a plus.

Manager: fixed 12,000 RUB + soft fixed 320 RUB per meeting (paid regardless of sale) + payments for sales: 3 sales/week → 22,500 RUB/week; 4 → 36,000; 5 → 45,000; 6 → 63,000. Monthly earnings: 3 sales/week + fixed → 100,000+; 4 → 150,000+; 5 → 200,000+. No cap, additional bonus system. Team lead: fixed 50,000 RUB + group sales percentage based on target. Percentages paid every Friday, fixed monthly. Tax compensated, full amount received. Paid vacation.
