Sales Manager

Sales Manager at Playtech Studios (iGaming/game dev). Commission-based: 7.5% per closed custom game package ($5k–10k); estimated $3,750–7,500/month at 10 deals. Remote, senior, part/full-time, excludes RU/BY.

Playtech Studios is an international technology company specializing in software development, game products, and custom solutions for clients worldwide. The company is expanding its original games direction and is looking for a Sales Manager to attract new B2B clients among gaming platforms and providers. The main product is custom original game packages developed for the client's brand, visual style, and requirements. One package costs $5,000–10,000. Production takes an average of 3–4 days, and the technical team can run many projects in parallel and close from 10 packages per month. Tasks: • Find gaming platforms and providers that need their own original games • Direct outreach and communication with potential clients • Present the product and terms of cooperation • Identify client needs and propose a suitable game package • Conduct negotiations and support the client until deal closure • Develop long-term relationships and repeat sales

• English at Intermediate level or higher • Experience in B2B sales, Business Development, lead generation, or outreach • Ability to independently find and approach potential clients • Good negotiation and business communication skills • Experience in iGaming

• Fully remote work format (except RF and RB; cannot hire candidates located in these countries) • Full-time/part-time employment • Ready product worth $5,000–10,000 per package • Fast production cycle — 3–4 days • Opportunity to sell an almost unlimited number of packages • Team support at all stages of preparation and launch • 7.5% commission from each closed sale (payout in crypto, but other options are also ready to discuss) • Income reference: commission from one package is $375–750; with 10 closed packages per month — $3,750–7,500 • Interest in long-term cooperation focused on results; the more sales, the higher the income, with no set limit on the number of deals
