Sales Manager (Part-time)

Recruitment agency VDV Media seeks a part-time sales manager (0.5 rate) with B2B and cold calling experience. Remote, 4 hours/day, 12-16 MSK. Salary: 20,000 RUB base + commission.

Work in tandem with the Head of Sales. The sales department has 3 managers. Products: - Tariff "Work in Moscow and Moscow Region" for HR specialists and HR departments of large organizations. Selection of specialists via own and partner HR platforms. - "Hiring Manager" for HR specialists and business owners. Responsibilities: - Work with client base (warm, cold) - Daily reports on work results - For tariff "Work in Moscow Region" - bring to invoice payment - For tariff "Hiring Manager" - bring to video call with an expert (in the first month, then independently)

Experience in sales from 1 year. Experience in B2B segment. Experience with cold databases. Training provided during work.

Remote, on a regular basis. Schedule: 5 days Mon-Fri. Working hours: 4 hours/day, 12-16 MSK. Salary: Base 20,000 RUB for 2 directions. Commission: - Tariff "Work in Moscow Region" - 15 to 20% - Tariff "Hiring Manager" - 7-12% Total when meeting plan: 104,000 RUB. Average client check: "Work in Moscow Region" - 25,000 RUB; "Hiring Manager" - 65,000 RUB. Sales plan: "Work in Moscow Region" - 300,000 RUB; "Hiring Manager" - 200,000 RUB.
