Sales Manager

Sales Manager for an online design school offering courses in Figma, neural networks, social media design, marketplaces, and presentations. Remote work, salary from 50,000 RUB (base + %).

Handle incoming leads and consult clients via phone and chat. Identify client needs, goals, and experience, and select the appropriate training format. Present the course and close clients for payment. Handle objections and doubts. Sell various tariffs, additional products, and upgrades. Accompany the client until payment. Manage deals and communication results in CRM. Work with funnel metrics and conversion.

Experience in phone sales from 1 year. Experience in B2C sales in an online school or infobusiness. Confident client management from first contact to payment. Ability to identify needs and handle objections. Understanding of funnel, conversion, and CRM principles. Developed communication skills and empathy. Friendliness and love for people. Focus on high stable results. Willingness to handle a large number of calls and communications.

Total income from 50 thousand rubles (salary + %). Fully remote work format. Schedule 09:00–18:00 MSK. Floating days off, schedule is made in advance. Employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
